U.S. Shipping

All domestic orders will be processed and shipped Mondays - Fridays within 2 business days of your placed order via UPS or USPS. Shipments will not be processed over the weekend.  The shipping time is calculated once the item is shipped and does not include processing.  You will receive a confirmation email once you place your order and an additional email with shipping confirmation and tracking information once your package has been shipped. We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages once an order has been delivered to the given shipping address.

Standard Shipping (3-4 days plus 24 hours processing) – $10 Flat Rate

International Shipping 

We ship worldwide to all countries except Cuba, Iran, Syria, North Korea, and Sudan.  At the moment, we are only offering standard international shipping which will take about 7 to 21 business days, depending on location.  If you would like an expedited option, please email paula@shopbittersweet.com.  Please note, international duties, customs fees and taxes are not included in the cost of shipping and are the responsibility of the customer.  If you do not pay your duties, customs fees and taxes, or if you refuse or do not claim your international order, your order will not be eligible for a refund and we recommend contacting your local customs office for additional information.
