Not the Perfect Item?
BitterSweet will happily accept any returns or exchanges that meet the following requirements!
- Merchandise must be returned within 21 days of placing your order.
- Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, free of any alterations and all original BitterSweet and vendor tags must be attached to the item(s).
- All Sale items are FINAL SALE. Any item purchased at a discounted price is a final purchase and cannot be returned or exchanged. Additional coupon codes are excluded.
- Swimwear and intimates are eligible for return as long as all tags and hygienic strips are intact.
- Damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your item. Please call 540.344.1122 or email email@example.com. If the item is available, we will gladly replace it free of charge. Should the item not be available, you will be refunded for the item. Please note: once the tags are removed or after the 48 hours, BitterSweet is not responsible for any damages.

To ship items back, refer to the UPS shipment confirmation email for easy return shipments through our UPS account. A $10 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
If you are using a different shipping method, we recommend using trackable shipping services or purchasing shipping insurance. Without this, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your shipped item and BitterSweet will not be responsible for those items.
You are responsible for paying a $10 return shipment fee for any package shipped back and the original shipping cost is non-refundable.
Please allow 1-2 weeks processing time to get your refund.
