Not the Perfect Item?
BitterSweet will happily make any exchanges that meet the following requirements.
- Merchandise must be exchanged within 21 days of receiving your order.
- Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, free of any alterations and all original BitterSweet and vendor tags must be attached to the item(s).
- All Sale items are FINAL SALE. Any item purchased at a discounted price is a final purchase and cannot be exchanged. Additional coupon codes are excluded.
- Swimwear and intimates are eligible for exchange as long as all tags and hygienic strips are intact.
- Damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your item. Please call 540.344.1122 or email firstname.lastname@example.org. We will gladly replace the item free of charge If the item is available. Should the item not be available, you will be refunded for the item. Please note: once the tags are removed or after the 24 hours, BitterSweet is not responsible for any damages.

We recommend using trackable shipping services or purchasing shipping insurance. Without this, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your shipped item and BitterSweet will not be responsible for those items.
You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for any items returned and the original shipping cost is non-refundable.
We do not issue refunds.
